BIM
Rather than using traditional line based drafting, we design all of our homes using the latest BIM software.
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure. For our clients, this simply means really cool drawings that give you an exceptional understanding of what your home will look and feel like.
BIM gives us the capability to provide our clients with photo realistic interior and exterior renderings, simulated walk through videos, VR (virtual reality) simulations, conflict free construction drawings, as well as solar, structural, and efficiency analysis for their new homes.
